18 at midweek.... Suprised it didnt stay in the top 20/30. But as you say, with live CD`s at EVERY gig which sold really well i heard, you cant be suprised. A true indication will be if the FF ever do a studio album of NEW works. That, im sure is a top 10 album.
But still, for the reunion 2013 to chart is decent.

Well lets spell it out for the hard of thinking:-
Midweek it was at 18
This 'position' was achieved withou doubt from the INITIAL shipout to all the fans who had pre-ordered it.
Once the initial shipout was done, WHO has actually bought it as an impulse buy? Probably very few, particularly as the Earbook was out of stock just about everywhere or 'on hold' due to the manufacturing problems.
It was only ever going to drop from its midweek, 37 is VERY respectable and is a TRUE indication of what could be expected from a BRAND NEW FF album - ie. hardcore fans get their copies on day one/two, these sales register for the midweek, it then only sells in dribs and drabs for the rest of week one.
This ALWAYS happens with virtually any band that has a hardcore following, (Metallica, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, etc.)
What u say is true projock but i t5hink a lot has to do with the amount of bootlegs out there and also audio files already sold.If a new FF álbum comes out i would expect top 10 at a mínimum...the same if not better tan BQ.
Lets be honest, QUO is never going to have a number 1 album/cd/dvd/I tunes again, Frantic Four or otherwise, and that's just how it is, When so called 'die hard' fans couldn't be bothered to travel from London to Manchester to see to see the band 'FF' walk on stage for the 1st time in 32yrs-what chance do QUO have. I remember on the old MB-posting why is Manchester 1st gig not sold out with 3 days to go. -and the crap excuses that came back, ( 'Ah hammy is the real reunion) ('Glasgow was the original 1st and still is). I made sure to be at the 1st night, even though I had a ticket for hammy, not that I think I'm a great QUO FAN' far from it-but I knew it was a historic night that could never be repeated, (can't be repeated) hammy was great, but to be lucky enough to see the band on stage for the 1st time in 32yrs, 'priceless' I got that, still can't understand why it didn't sell out until the day of the gig. QUO FANS' WHAT ARE YEE LIKE?
